Simply place your flavouring in the fine mesh basket and clip to close. Place in your cup and pour boiling water over it. Leave to infuse for as long as required for your desired strength.
The chain is 10cm long, with a narrow hook at the end that you can hook over the side of a mug, teapot or pan.
